When we receive your order, we will send you as soon as possible an order confirmation via email with information about your order. Please check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK. If not, please contact our customer service immediately.
The delivery time is usually within 5-10 working days if the material for the product is in stock. We have a longer delivery time in the peak season (from Easter until September).
We deliver your goods with Swedish Post parcel or by first class mail, depending on weight. Delivery time may vary depending on which country the goods are been sent to. We refer to the Swedish Post delivery times. These times are valid after the shipment left our warehouse.
Unpicked package will be returned to us with a charge to the customer with the order value and an administrative cost of 250 SEK. This is for handling unpicked package. The costs are billed in arrears. If no payment is made before the deadline, we are going to send this to our debt collection company. Free shipping within Sweden. No extra charges will be added with the exception of additional charges depending on the chosen method of payment.

All prices are included VAT if the sale takes place within the EU. SHOWPLATE.SE has reserved for possibly price changes, final sale and factual errors that may appear on our website or in our advertisements. The customer answers for possible duties of its own country. It is also the customer who has to verify import restrictions who are applicable in its country. SHOWPLATE.SE disclaims any responsibility for the replacement or bail out of shipments which are stuck in customs or similar authorities.

Your personal information will be treated confidentially by us to manage the customer relationship, and for marketing purposes. We follow the Distance and Doorstep Selling law Distans- och hemförsäljningslag (2005:59), which means that you have the security, to regret within 14 days after the shipping date. The returned products must be "substantially intact". Neither products deleted from the normal range or manufactured according to customer special requests is allowed to send back. The customer pays for the return postage and the transportation risk until SHOWPLATE.SE has received your returned package. Returns can not be done by cash on delivery. We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects at delivery. Would you have a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact SHOWPLATE.SE as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after delivery. Return the product in the condition it was received followed by a damage or fault report, so you can get a flawless respective right product back.
